We are here to meet you with authenticity and compassion and engage in the therapeutic process in a way that is uniquely tailored to you. Our team of therapists are relatable and utilize modern therapeutic techniques in session. We will guide you through the therapy process in a safe non-judgmental atmosphere that will put you at ease. We support clients virtually throughout Oregon who are impacted by disordered eating, negative body image, anxiety, depression, ADHD, perfectionism, burnout, and life transitions.

    Kristen is a licensed therapist, supervisor, speaker, and retreat leader who specializes in disordered eating and body image healing. For over a decade, she has dedicated her work to helping people rebuild trust with their bodies, food, and themselves — both in the therapy room and out on the trail.

Pricing + Insurance

 

Our cash pay rate is currently $150 dollars for virtual 50-minute sessions. Our team is happy to provide you with a Superbill each month to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
