Our team of therapists are relatable and utilize modern therapeutic techniques in session. We will guide you through the therapy process in a safe non-judgmental atmosphere that will put you at ease. We support clients through virtual sessions throughout Oregon who are impacted by disordered eating, negative body image, anxiety, depression, ADHD, perfectionism, burnout, and life transitions.

Pricing + Insurance
Our cash pay rate is currently $150 dollars for virtual 50-minute sessions. Our team is happy to provide you with a Superbill each month to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
