We’re hiring

Wilder Wellness is a mental health group practice providing services in the state of Oregon. Wilder Wellness aims to help our clients build confidence, connection, and trust in the relationship they have with their minds and bodies. Through individual therapy, education, and community Wilder Wellness empowers individuals to define well-being on their own terms so they can lead purposeful, passionate, and adventurous lives.

Wilder’s core values are connection, inclusion, community, and individualized self-care. We are dedicated to living by these values in how we interact with our clients, our communities, and as a staff. As a company, Wilder Wellness is committed to supporting clinicians in approaching the work sustainably. We celebrate our clinicians’ hobbies, interests, and creativity and believe in fostering a balance of clinical work and life outside of the therapy chair. Therapists at Wilder Wellness have the freedom to create their own schedules based on the hours that work for them.

Wilder Wellness is currently seeking associate and fully licensed therapists to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity for therapists who desire the freedom to work in a remote, private practice setting while having the perks of being a part of a team, receiving clinical and career coaching, getting support in building a caseload, and accepting insurance.

Wilder Wellness specializes in working with disordered eating, chronic dieting, and negative body image. Interested applicants should have foundational knowledge of eating disorders and be prepared to work primarily with this population.

We are especially excited about clinicians who bring experience, training, or a strong interest in eating disorder treatment, body image work, HAES-aligned care, and/or anti-diet approaches.

While extensive prior experience is not required, applicants must be curious, committed to learning, and willing to engage in ongoing training and consultation related to eating disorders and body trust work.
